RS4. CONSIDER THE USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN TO CONDEMN PROPERTY AND CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. (TBD) AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING EASEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SANITARY SEWER LINE, KNOWN AS THE NORTHWEST SEWER INTERCEPTOR PROJECT, TO SERVE EXISTING AND NEW DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OR FOR OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES PERMITTED BY LAW.
RS5. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH ATWOOD DISTRIBUTING, LP FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS ON KILPATRICK AVENUE AND HIX ROAD FOR A TOTAL CITY PARTICIPATION COST OF $1,060,328.
RS6. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT 1 TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CHILDRESS ENGINEERS, INC. FOR RIGHT OF-WAY ACQUISITION AND TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE WOODARD AVENUE WIDENING – NOLAN RIVER TO US 67 PROJECT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $118,900.
OR3. CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROHIBIT CAMPING UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT POSSESSING AUTHORIZATION OF THE PROPERTY OWNER OR THE OWNER’S AGENT.
