RS13. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH INTERMOUNTAIN SLURRY SEAL, INC. UTILIZING THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS FOR A PORTION OF THE 2025 ASPHALT STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $700,000.
RS14. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $270,664, FOR A TOTAL OF $6,496,523, FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN, BIDDING, AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE ASSOCIATED WITH THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION AND THE WEST LOOP REUSE PUMP STATION AND PIPELINE PROJECTS.

OR4. CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 (#4) BY APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED FOR A CITYWIDE ZONING ALIGNMENT PROJECT.
