8.2 CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM IMPACT FEES SUBMITTED BY FORT WORTH AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR A PROPOSED NON-PROFIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE FOX MEADOWS DEVELOPMENT.
8.3 CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH NEWMAN REGENCY GROUP FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHEMICAL FEED PUMPS FOR THE CLEBURNE WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $89,000, AND TO REJECT ALL PROPOSALS UNDER RFP #25- 11, CHEMICAL FEED PUMPS FOR THE CLEBURNE WATER TREATMENT PLANT.
8.4 CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT WITH UNITED COOPERATIVE SERVICES, INC., AS REQUIRED FOR UTILITY RELOCATION ALONG SPARKS DRIVE.
9. EXECUTIVE SESSION
10. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION FOR POSSIBLE ACTION RESULTING FROM ANY ITEMS POSTED AND LEGALLY DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.
